Back Pain: Treatment, Causes and Symptoms
Back pain
Mostly back pain is caused due to stiffness in muscles. These muscles become tight to protect the injured or hurt part. Due to this stiffness, the shape of the spine gets distorted and it temporarily bends to one side. Due to long-term strain on the joints, due to pressure on its soft cells, muscle pain leads to the onset of back pain. Some people complain of joint pain and swelling with age. Initially there is joint pain which later turns into arthritis.
