Insomnia
Sleep is that state of the body in which the activities of the mind and senses stop but the breathing and blood circulation in the body continue. In such a situation, the person does not have the desire to do any kind of work. And insomnia is when it is not balanced.
Causes
- Sometimes being very happy or stressed.
- Excitement and illness or due to alcohol and smoking.
- Change in sleeping habits and bed etc.
- Any kind of shock or due to any serious illness.
- Due to high blood pressure or allopathic medicines.
- Due to the consumption of tea-coffee, chocolate or cold drinks.
Symptoms
- Staying awake the whole night.
- Waking up frequently due to restlessness.
- Habit of frequent urination.
Treatment
Before sleeping at night, wash hands and feet properly with warm water and massage mustard oil on the soles.
